Patriot Kid Vacation Story

Justice Watches Some Serious Football With Jake!

Justice

Justice at Army gameThe first weekend of December me and Justice went on a plane by ourselves to Baltimore, Maryland.  My dad met us there from his hunting trip and we went straight to the mall to find an Under Armour store.  We went to my grandmother's house to spend the night.  The next morning, me and Justice woke up by 7:30 am to meet my dad’s friend and his son at their house in Annapolis.  We drove their company van that had a table, a flat screen TV, and lights that looked like fireworks, to the Army vs. Navy college football game.  When we got there, we decided to do some tailgating.  One of our favorite parts of the game was when the Army cadets tackled the Navy mascot.  Even though Army lost, me and Justice still had fun.  Justice fit right in because it was such a patriotic game.

Justice at Redskins gameThe next day, we went to the Washington Redskins game against the Buffalo Bills.  We went tailgating there too and we had delicious steak with horseradish.  The Redskins lost with 27 seconds left in the game and me and Justice were disappointed.  After the game, we tailgated more and we played football with my friends.  It was a long drive home the next day, but we managed.

I’m glad I took Justice with me because he brightened me up when my favorite teams were losing.
