Art Club
Advisor: Ms. Cooley
Meetings: Thursdays, Room 21
Purpose is to promote visual arts for club members, students and staff of Noble Middle School, and the community. Club members participate in independent art projects as well as collaborative projects for our school and in the community. Club members also participate in school and community arts events. In the past we have volunteered our time and talents to be a part of Shocktoberfest, Noble's Fall Festival, Celebrate the Arts, The Annual NHCS Side Walk Chalk Art Contest, and NHC Human Relations Day. We have created murals for the Noble School Store, the Computer Lab, and the back hallway of Noble.
Any student who is interested in Visual Arts, and working independently and with other club members to create a more visually interesting environment is welcome to join the Noble Middle School Art Club.

Battle of the Books

CHOICES
Advisor: Ms. Dowcett
Meetings: Tuesdays and Thursdays
CHOICES is a program that challenges young men to discover who they are, what they believe, and what they wish to become. Through inspiring literature, enrichment activities that develop thinking skills, recreation, academic support, exposure to a variety of people in our school and community, and guidance from mentors, members of CHOICES learn how to accomplish anything they set their minds to.

Green Team

Students meet once a month on Thursdays (7th-8th graders; 6th graders) to discuss and learn about environmental issues. Please see the Green Team board next to Mr. Hick's room for meeting dates.

Jazz Band

Meetings: Mondays after school; Fridays during 7th grade enrichment.
Extra performance opportunity for band students. Last year Jazz Band performed several "gigs" around town. Any student who is proficient on guitar, upright or electric bass, piano keyboard, or drumset is welcome to try out.

Purpose of the SCA is to serve our school and community through activities and service projects. Students are chosen through homeroom but any hardworking student is welcome!

Step Team

Purpose is to provide 7th and 8th grade girls the opportunity to develop team building and character skills through African American influenced schoolyard song and dance. The Team performs at various community and school events as well as particpating in service projects.
