8:00 Project leadership arrives on site - Laney & Trask
8:30 Teams arrive at project sites
12:00   Complete Projects and move to Legion Field
12:30   Welcome from Mayor with recognition
1:00 Music in the park, family events
4:00 Wrap-up

 

Notes:
  • Lunch and entertainment is via local vendor sponsorship.
  • Family and individual involvement combined with well executed project planning are keys to success.
