The mission of John T. Hoggard High School is to ensure all students will become productive, responsible, independent, life-long learners who adapt and succeed in a democratic, diverse, global environment.
Students at Hoggard and Ikast-Brande Gymnasium (Ikast, Denmark) are being prepared
to succeed in a world with rapidly expanding global connections through their participation
in an ongoing partnership. Through online communication and student exchange, students
from both schools collaborate on academic projects in History, English, Literature,
and Spanish. As a result, our partnership provides students with the opportunity
to experience the shrinking nature of the world in which they live, while learning
with and about students from another culture. Click HERE to learn about how you can
help by hosting a student when they visit October 7-16.
