All students are entitled to an education that maximizes their potential and enables them to contribute to a global society.

A combination of high expectations for all members of the educational system and support for reaching those expectations will result in high achievement for all

Learning occurs when schools provide opportunities for students to learn in ways that meet their diverse needs

Learning occurs best in a safe, nurturing environment based upon mutual respect, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation among all members of the school community.

Schools, parents and the community should provide the appropriate resources for all students and teachers

The school, parents, and community should haave a strong partnership to provide a quality education for all students
