April 25 and 26

Are you interested in learning how to rappel into a canyon, count endangered parrots, help with fish studies, research pilot whales, or survey the health of a coral reef?
We are looking into a possible 2-week research opportunity for our students on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean during the summer of 2015.
There will be an interest meeting for all past, present, or future AP Biology or AP Environmental Science students and their parents to learn more about this awesome experience! The meeting will be held on Friday, April 25th at 7pm in room 319.  Sara Carlson, Director of Operation Wallacea USA will give a presentation on survey techniques and explain the research objectives of the program.  Please see Mrs. Abraham or visit for more information.

We met our goal and then some.
The net income for the event was $45,145.00.
